Introduction of Zhixin International
Zhixin High School is the base for international exchange and cooperation in basic education in Guangzhou City and a pioneer in international education in the Greater Bay Area. To meet students' diverse learning needs, during its 90th anniversary in 2011, the school proposed that internationalization of education is one of the key strategies for future development. The International Department of Zhixin High School was established in 2012 as an officially certified AP teaching center by the College Board (Authorization Code: 694022), an authorized teaching and examination center for ACT-GAC, and a certified "Model School for TOEFL English Learning Cooperation" by ETS. It ranks among the top 50 schools in the "Hurun Top 100 International Schools in China." The International Department is independently managed by Zhixin High School, with nine graduating classes as of 2020, and 97.5% of graduates have been admitted to universities ranked within the top 50 globally or in the U.S.
The Ersha Campus of Zhixin High School (No. 2 Chunxiao Street, Ersha Island) is a public international campus in Guangzhou, scheduled to open in February 2022.
