PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES

1. Ensure to comply with AP and local safety, health and environment standard, fulfill the mandatory safety requirement and activities: safety training, safety meeting, BSP (APT, JSA etc.) and all other requirements by AP EH&S and local regulation.

POSITION SUMMARY
The candidate is to join the small onsite team and promote Onsite N2 Generation supply to liquid nitrogen users to create value for them. He/she will be the pioneer to develop Zhejiang market.
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
Understand the liquid nitrogen market and major customers in Zhejiang province. Execute the disruptive business model to convert LIN customers to small onsite aggressively. Build value-based relation with customers and hold them long with small onsite business. Increase Air Products market share in Zhejiang province. Other works and projects assigned by supervisors or company.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Education
Bachelor’s degree or equal level education.
Engineering, science, business discipline preferred.
Pass CET-4 or equal and higher-level English test, with a working level read and write proficiency.
Work Experience
3 years’ working experience in major companies.
2 years’ hands on experience in develop new business as commercial SPOC.
Be familiar with sourcing process of major company, can draft and negotiate contract term independently with limited support.
The knowledge of industrial gases is a plus.

1. Manage 40-50 accounts including support inside sales managed accounts as one team and as one target

2. Customer retention and new signings. Conduct sales calls, achieve various sales targets set by company, major focus on new business growth.

3. Try every means including industrial park cold call, direct market channel, customer referral and referral from sales of other product lines and MFOs to build up a sufficient hot prospect pipeline which is critical to hitting new signing targets

4. Work with inside sales together with cross functional teams like customer engineering, GBSS team to help customer resolve issues and provide value added service to customers to improve customer loyalty and enhance AP’s brand recognition in the market

5. Work with CT team to develop new business with new technology and new application to grow profitably in the region

6. Execute PIP and ME to pass through the cost inflation so as to improve margin, like opening 24 hours delivery window, using flow meter…

7. Monitor account profitability through CTS model and find solution to optimize the supply to ensure the return of each account

8. Maser basic technical design of customer requirement to speed up new signing process

9. Master basic AP GAD application advantages to support wining new projects

10. With support from Inside Sales of daily account management to build good customer relationship and get new signing from customer expansion projects

11. Monitor and manage DSO and improve collection of accounts managed

12. Get leads and referrals from existing accounts to help grow business for both LB and other product lines and MFOs

13. Support administration work of strategic accounts in the area

14. Input accurate related prospect, hot prospect, lost report, segment info into CRM in time to help company to analyze market trend

15. Collect competitor’s intelligence

16. Work as mentor to new sales as buddies

17. Provide weekly report to sales manager on volume/price, productivity achievement of existing accounts and segment highlights feed backed by customers and market competition

这是一个需要倒班的职位，负责空分工厂的日常运营。负责当班生产，确保气体产品供应的完整性/液体生产符合生产计划，并负责现场安全、工厂的高效/可靠运行，负责安全检查和例行检查，协助维护工程师实施预防性维护工作以及生产主管分配的其他工作。
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES 主要职责
61与其他技术员及工程师紧密合作，负责空分/TN/VSA工厂的日常运营，包括工艺调整，产品质量的控制，槽车的充装以及例行设备巡查等，以确保工厂安全及有效的运行，记录日常生产工艺参数数据及报告，执行日常/月度的例行工作。
61负责工厂启动/紧急停机/应急响应操作，进行设备故障排除等工作。
61完成规定的工艺和安全培训课程，通过考核测试，获得内部/外部资格证书 具有一定的维修能力，经培训后能独立完成部分预防性维修任务、设备机械完整性检查、故障排除及相关设备检查工作，在工厂停机检修期间能够配合工程师完成设备大修工作。
61负责管理现场承包商施工安全和访客的入厂安全。 组织并主持团队安全会议，参与现场安全核查。(包括APSAM、SIP、BSP、5S、安全行动培训等) 签发安全工作许可证，管理现场维修和施工作业安全。
61检查现场办公和生产区域的卫生，及时清理 ，保证现场作业环境达标。
61负责工厂备件管理，包括备件接收，入库，安全库存审查以及其他事务。
61保持与运输团队，工艺工程师团队，OSC，维修团队，OTS团队，商务部门等的良好沟通及密切合作。
61与客户保持良好沟通，完成工厂日常操作和事件处理。 24小时手机开机待命，如有需要，支持工厂紧急响应。
61服从公司工作安排，完成工厂经理或主管委派的其它工作。

1. 完成苏州及其周边区域的制氮机设备的租赁服务销售。

2. 在目标行业中发现新的机会和客户，建立合作关系来创造产品和服务需求。

3. 面对竞争对手进行有效的价格谈判，合同执行签署。与内部销售团队合作，监督合同的执行，提高整体客户保留率和流失率。如有需要，面对面解决客户纠纷。

职位要求：

1. 统招本科及以上，至少2年终端直销销售经验。

3. 有设备销售、工业品销售或MRO销售经验者优先，半导体，化工材料行业更佳。

4. 能够在快节奏的环境下跟踪多个销售项目，具备开发和发展新业务的高度动力。

1.根据要求进行测试设备的机械零件设计,完成零件的3D及2D设计；

3.完成项目的图纸及BOM的输出；

任职资格

1）熟练运用绘图软件Proe、Creo、CAD、soliwork等；
2）能独立设计工装夹具；
3）有较强的机械加工知识，熟悉材料性能，对所设计的零件的可加工性及成本有清晰的概念；
