Viper is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Nilfisk, which was established in 1906 and headquartered in Copenhagen, Denmark. The company became independently listed on the Copenhagen stock exchange on October 12, 2017. Viper joined the Nilfisk Group in 2007.

Our factory is located in Dalang Town, Dongguan City, covering nearly 130,000 square meters, including 50,000 square meters of production workshops, 41,300 square meters of living quarters and office buildings. Nilfisk's products and services are sold in more than 100 countries and manufactured at nine production sites worldwide, primarily in the U.S., Mexico, Hungary, Italy, and China. In 2023, with a total workforce of approximately 4,700 employees, the company achieved a revenue of 1,033.6 million euros. The largest single market is the United States, accounting for 30% of the revenue in 2023, followed by Germany (14%), France (10%), Denmark (6%), and the UK (4%).
